SPECIAL EVENT CONTRACT

Menus
Menus: Menus will be updated seasonally. We must receive your final menu selection two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Personalized printed menus are
provided with our compliments for sit down dinners.
Menu items and preparations are subject to change
depending on market availability without prior
notice.


Beverages
Beverages are charged upon consumption and
are in additions to the menu price. If you would
like to order specific wines, we recommend you make
your selection from our wine list 2 weeks prior to
your event. If any beverages are not being hosted, drinks will be placed on one (1) separate bill not on the food bill. For the corkage, wine corkage is $20.00 per 750 ml bottle and champagne is $25.00 per 750 ml bottle.. We do not offer drink packages. Each drink is ‘as per consumed.

Room Charges:
Room charge for our VIP Room is $200.

Room charge for our Restaurant Patio is $300.

Room charge for our Tree House Lounge is $500.

We allow a 1/2 hour prior to invitation start time for set-up. If additional time is needed, additional staff fees will
apply. If event continues past scheduled event time, additional fees to be applied.

We do not allow any food or beverages of any kind be
brought in from outside without permission from
restaurant. Due to the quality of our food and nature of the presentation we do not allow food “to go” if actual guest count varies from guaranteed amount. We can only prepare food & beverage for guests present at the event

Gratuity & Tax
Gratuity & Tax: A 20%% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax will be added to your final bill. This applies to all parties larger than 8 guests.


Deposit
A credit card is required to guarantee the room and table space. A $250. 00 cancellation fee will incur for any cancellations within 10 days of the event. For the month of December 30 days notice is required.


Payment
The total bill is payable at the conclusion of the event. All parties will be given their total bill for all guest s on one(1) single check and must be settled for with one (1) form of payment. If any beverages are not being hosted, drinks will be placed on one (1) separate bill, not on the food bill.


Guarantee
To allow Padri & Cafe Fiore to properly plan for and staff your event , we require in writing the guaranteed guest count for your event seven (7) business days prior for parties of 15 - 45, ten (10) days for parties of 45-100 and fourteen (14) days for parties of 100 and above. If your party falls below the guaranteed number on the day of the event, you will charged for the guaranteed amount of guests. If your party exceeds the guaranteed number, you will be charged for the actual number of guests
attending. We reserve the right to relocate your event within the restaurant at our discretion.

Entertainment
Padri & Cafe Fiore can assist with music and entertainment needs. When hiring a band or DJ the entire Bar must be reserved and the door in the main bar are to be remained closed. Padri and Cafe Fiore Restaurant provide music on Wednesday, Thursday , Friday and Saturday evenings (9:00 - 1:00am) We reserve the right to cancel the band’s performances without prior notice
