OWNERSHIP
(Anna & Maria Fiore)
Anna & Maria are first generation Americans. Their
parents were born in Bari, Italy and came to the States in 1966. In 1978
A & M started their first
family business,
an Italian Deli in Encino, which
they owned for 22 years and gained their knowledge
and experience in Italian
food and service. Anna went to work for Allegria
Restaurant in
Malibu and Maria went to Padri Restaurant, after
selling the deli and worked as General Managers.
They worked there for 5 years before opening cafe FIORE.
EXECUTIVE CHEF (John Paolone)
John is a son of Italian descendents, which influenced his passion for Italian food.
He graduated on 2001 at the Santa Barbara Culinary school and on 2003 at
the Cordon Blue in Pasadena. John apprenticed at the Sherwood Country Club
and Saticoy Country Club before coming to Cafe Fiore. In June, John will
attend in Italy (Florence) 2 weeks culinary program in order to expand his
knowledge of Italian food. |
